  • How long does shipping take? 

    Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, although shipping times may vary depending on inventory availability and your location.

  • Do the bikes arrive assembled? 

    Some assembly is required. Most bikes arrive mostly assembled and typically require installing the handlebars, front wheel (if applicable), pedals, and performing a final inspection before riding.
