Shipping Within the Continental United States

Torque Supply offers shipping throughout the continental United States. Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse to help reduce shipping times and ensure your bike arrives as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Estimated Delivery:

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, although shipping times may vary depending on inventory availability, weather conditions, and your delivery location.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your shipment from the warehouse to your delivery address.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup is available by appointment in Warsaw, Indiana. If you’d like to pick up your bike locally, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Damage:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Torque Supply as soon as possible with photos of the damage and your order information. We’ll work with the manufacturer to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
