Returns & Order Cancellations

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns:

All sales are final. Torque Supply does not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with the shipping carrier and manufacturer to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Manufacturer Warranty:

Manufacturer warranty claims are not considered returns. All new bikes include the manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll assist you with the warranty process if a covered issue arises.
